Q1: How much does it cost to update my logo design?
A1: Depending on the complexity of the design of your logo, your redesign with cost either $59.00 or $89.00  In some rare special cases, very complex or illustrative logo designs, we may need to charge more.

How long does it take to have my logo redesigned?
A2: Once you place your order, you will receive your initial new logo concept within 48 business hours by email.  After that, how long the process takes depends on how many revisions are requested in order to get your logo just right!  Normal turn around from start to finish averages about 5-7 business days.

Q3: Do you offer a money back guarantee?

YES!  You may request a FULL REFUND at any time prior to approving your new logo design.

Q4: How will I receive my new logo design files?
A4:
Your newly updated logo design files will be sent to your email address within 48 business hours.  We pack your files in a ZIP folder to keep them all together.

Q5: What file formats will I receive my updated logo in?
A5:
Your brand new logo will be delivered in the following file formats:
      GIF - Suitable for web and low resolution print use. 
      JPG - 300 DPI high resolution suitable for commercial print use.
      PDF - Reference file for viewing the contents of your EPS and AI files.
      EPS - This is your vector source file, printers will request this file.
      AI - This is an Adobe Illustrator file, the program your newly updated
      logo design was created in, some print shops and designers will
      request this file type.

      PSD - This is a Photoshop file that can be used in Photoshop to add
      different background colors and effects to your logo design.

     
PNG - Suitable for web use on any color background, the background
                area of your logo will be transparent.


Q6: What sizes will my logo design come in?
A6:
We send your GIF in a large size, normally about 500 pixels wide. 
This will make it easy to reduce it down to the size you need using any graphics program.  Your JPG will be very large and in high resolution 300 Dots Per Inch.  Your EPS and AI files are vector files, which means they can be blown up to any size without losing resolution using a vector graphics program.  Your EPS an AI files are best left to the professionals, printers, sign printers, merchandise printing companies, etc.. but if you have a vector program you will be able to edit your logo as well.  Your PSD file is a standard photoshop file, the logo image size is normally around 500 pixels wide.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you happen to need your logo in a specific size with a specific color background JUST ASK!  We will provide it free of charge!

Q7: Do you provide my logo in a file format that has a transparent background?

YES! We provide a PNG file of your logo with a transparent background.

Q8: Do you archive my new logo design files?
A8:
Yes!  If you ever lose your logo set just email us and we will send it to you again by email.
